SOSE Model: in our Company we are carrying out our activities but in #smartworking

Immediately after the first communications from the Government, SOSE started the first massive #smartworking project allowing its 160 employees to work from home as indicated by the first decree issued to deal with the risk of contagions from Covid-19.

Already in recent months, SOSE had started a working group which, supported by the skills on agile work of the Prime Minister, MEF and the Polytechnic of Milan, defined regulations, agreements and new technological management methods.

The current health emergency accelerated this pilot project that initially involved only a few employees and now has become fully operational for all.

Thanks to its efforts and #smartworking SOSE can continue to guarantee the entire production and full support to the Financial Administration and MEF.
