Hearing of SOSE in the Parliamentary Committee for Regional Affairs

The Parliamentary Committee for Regional Affairs summoned SOSE on 30 May 2019, within a survey concerning the implementation process of differentiated regionalism under art. 116 of Constitution.

Prof Vincenzo Atella, CEO of SOSE, presented SOSE SpA explaining the structure, the skills that characterize the company and its activities. Prof. Atella focused the attention on the project “standard expenditure needs”, one of the most important levers to overcome the historical expenditure in allocating public resources and in implementing differentiated regionalism.

Also, Marco Stradiotto, Manager of the unit “Public Finance Analysis” took part to the meeting.
