Data 2021: new questionnaire online to update the standard needs of Municipalities and Unions of Municipalities

The new questionnaire, to be completed in reference to the year 2021, is aimed at updating the data relevant for the determination of the standard requirements, with regard to the fundamental functions defined in Legislative Decree No. 216/2010. 

For the compilation it is necessary to access the OpenCivitas portal in the section "Fill in the questionnaire" and use the link "Fill in the questionnaire FC70U related to the 2021 annuity useful for the determination of the standard needs of the Municipalities, Unions of Municipalities and Mountain Communities of the Regions with Ordinary Statute and for the Municipalities and Unions of Municipalities of Sicily" using the access credentials already held by local authorities. 

The questionnaire is divided into two modules: 

• Structural data; 

• Personnel and accounting data. 

The first module, Structural data, collects information about the characteristics of the institution and the territory, the resources available for the production of services carried out for the functions of public education, social sector and kindergartens, administration, management and control (technical office), local police, roads and transport and land and environment management. 

In this module some information, related to the function of the social sector net of the service of kindergartens, are no longer required because they are provided in the Sheet of monitoring and reporting of social service objectives for the year 2021. 

The second module, Personnel data and accounting data, collects information on stocks and expenditure of staff assigned to each department and on current revenue (establishment) and expenditure (commitments) for each department.
