* The resident population is calculated on 31 December of the two years preceding the reference year of the fund.

** From 2025, according to the provisions of Article 1, paragraphs 495-496 of Law no. 213 of 2023, the resources allocated to achieving service objectives are distributed within the framework of the Special Fund for Service Level Equity (FELS).  The FELS allocation includes, up to 2030, resources aimed at developing social services and, until 2028, those intended for strengthening nursery schools and school transport for students with disabilities

*** The resources established by Article 1, paragraph 449, letter d-quater Law no. 232 of 2016, will be increased starting from 2025, according to the provisions of Article 1, paragraphs 753 and 754 of Law no. 207 of 2024.

For 2019, Article 1, paragraph 921, of Law no. 145 of 2018 confirmed the amounts indicated for the 2018 Fund.
