The updated 2023 data on the standard expenditure needs of the fundamental functions of municipalities in the Ordinary Statute Regions (RSO) have been published on OpenCivitas. As usual, the data can be accessed through the website's application menus and will also be available for download in open data format.
The data are based on information collected through the FC90U questionnaire, taking into account the responses provided by municipalities and municipal unions/mountain communities as of 14 September 2025.
Since 2015, the Standard Expenditure Needs Database has been regularly updated through the collection of information via the single questionnaires, which have contributed to the development of a multi-year database covering the following reference years: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
